Collected Data

• Name, surname, date of birth, gender, address, insurance information.
• User-uploaded photos.
• Technical data: IP address, device information.

Purpose of Data Processing

• User identification and access to app features.
• Appointment booking via chat and communication with clinics.
• Paid doctor consultations.
• App language customization based on device language.
• Analytics and service improvement.

Data Transmission

• Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.
• Shared with doctors and clinics for the purpose of services.
• Not shared with other users.

Data Storage

• Stored in Firebase (Google Cloud).
• Retained until profile deletion or manual deletion request via email.
• Chat data is retained for up to 6 months after profile deletion.

Your Rights

• Request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data.
• Withdraw consent via email.

Data Security

• Data transmitted securely via HTTPS.
• Firebase ensures a basic level of data protection.
